DELIVERY& CANCEL CONDITIONS

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

ADRESS: YSN34 Transport track can deliver freight only to the adress whis is mentioned on CMR at the loading place. If the owner of the freight wants another delivery adress then which is on CMR, then they must supply a writter order for this new delivery adress not to make disunderstanding.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returning the undelivered freight is subject to new cost of delivery and other expences which effect to transport company. In principle returning is not imposible but on international delivery not a good choose.

CANCELLING CONDITIONS

Cancelling fright delivery is also posible in certain conditions. In any conditions, freight owner is responsible to pay all the expenses which effect to the transportation company.

Waiting time will be calculated on any problem situation and will be invoiced too.
